Se declaró la nulidad de todo lo actuado en la tutela promovida por ciudadana de la referencia contra Cajanal a partir del auto proferido por el Juzgado Promiscuo Municipal de Reparto de Baranoa, Atlántico, toda vez que le dio aplicación al Art. 1º del Decreto 1382 del 2000 que resultó ser una norma contraria a la Carta Política.
En consecuencia, se remitió el expediente al citado Juzgado para que realice el trámite debido.
